Woo hoo! Fun with inks Dx!
This started as a random sketch with a head and the two large collars, i decided to abandon the drawing since i didnt like it but my friend (finding it in my binder) told me she liked it, so i offered to add a little more and give it to her.

I tweaked it in PS a bit so i could get it to be blue since i like blue :3
